Characteristics of vertical sun breakers:

These are vertical girders anchored in a wall or another structure where on those girders horizontal slats are fixed

Material of the actual slat:

• Aluminium
• Hardened aluminium alloy provided with hardened coating with Teflon effect (dirt repelling) from the inside towards the occulting side, the slats are provided with white enamel to ensure good light reflection

Supports and accessories:

Hardened aluminium alloy, aluminium, stainless steel thin-walled, steel, zinc-coated profiles – these can be coloured

The number of slats, placement and angle of the tilt in the frame are set for the best

Tilting / positioning sunbreakers

Frame:

Every slat is in its axis anchored in a peg and locks in a tenon joint which fits in a profile frame. Individual slats are joined by means of stainless levers and pull rods which end in a linear motor which turns slats to a desired position.

Operating sunbreakers:

The light is regulated by turning slats to a desired position

  • Other accessories: automatic device with sun, wind, rain sensors. Other kinds of sensors or timers available.
• HAND OPERATED
  • By means of pull rods

At larger constructions it is possible to install service pore-grills necessary for the maintenance of windows.

Porches

Designed in a similar way as sun breakers both constructionally and in look.

Serve two functions:

• Sun shading – porch ´s slats are set to filter sun rays
• Shading against rainfall - slats keep out water which is drained away by grooves on the slats into side profiles and eventually drained by construction draining system
